Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) has selected Institut Bank-Bank Malaysia as one of the recipients for the Human Resources Minister Awards 2007. The panel of judges selected IBBM as the winner under the Small and Medium-Sized Employers (Services Sector) category. The awards are given in recognition of organisations that contribute enormously to the development of their human resources and talents. Each award recipient receives a trophy and certificate. The award presentation ceremony for the Human Resources Minister Awards and the PMSB Awards was held at a dinner function on September 4, in conjunction with the two-day PSMB 2007 Conference on Achieving Organization Excellence Through Human Capital Development . IBBM Chief Executive Officer Dr Kamal Khir received the award on behalf of the Institute.
