General Criteria
Interested applicants should have the following:

A minimum of 10 years' working experience
in the banking and financial services industry |
| • |
Must be in touch with industry developments and have interest
in education/imparting knowledge

| • |
Possess a degree or an equivalent qualification in a related
discipline. IBBM graduates are encouraged to apply (consideration may be given
to those who do not have tertiary qualifications but have vast banking
experience) |
| • |
Strong command of written and spoken English
|
| • |
Highly committed in carrying out responsibilities, able to meet
deadlines and attend meetings, if required
|
| • |
Must be of good repute and of highly ethical and professional
standing (please provide at least 2 character referees) |
Specific Roles - Additional Criteria
You can contribute in the following roles:
Trainers
| • |
Ability to assess training needs and develop
curriculum/ training materials |
| • |
Excellent communication and presentation skills
|
| • |
Preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience in training
|
| • |
Preferably with instructional design knowledge |
Examiners / Reviewers
| • |
Must possess interest in education and
understanding of latest education trends
|
| • |
Holding a management position in a financial institution
|
| • |
Prior experience/ involvement in other examination boards will
be an added advantage |
Study Manual Writers
| • |
Able to generate relevant and sufficient
competency-based learning materials based on a prescribed course of study /
curriculum |
| • |
Preferably with instructional design knowledge |
Specialist Writers
( for banking-related books and Banker's Journal Malaysia )
| • |
Possess a flair for writing
|
| • |
Having published works will be an advantage
|
