Senior Executive

Core Function:
  • Responsible for the sale of the Institute's in-house programme and client account management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or Banking; Certificate or Diploma holder of Training & Development would be advantageous
  • Min 4 years experience in client management, preferably with experience in training & development.

Senior Executive

Core Function:

  • Design and Develop Training and Certification Programmes for the Banking and Finance Industry.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 3 years of working experience, preferably in the banking and finance environment.
  • Exposure to training and/or certification curriculum development and having a good knowledge of more than one banking areas will be an added advantage.
  • Must be familiar with the latest trends and developments in education and training and the banking and finance industry.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills with strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Possess meticulous work habits.

Manager Research & Development

Core Function:

  • Manage the Research functions and initiate research projects.
  • Undertake feasibility study of collaboration partnership and make recommendation.
  • Conduct market intelligence study for product development.

Requirements

  • MBA in Business/Commerce or its equivalent. Specialization in research methodology is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in managerial capacity, preferably with exposure in business and or financial services areas.

Requirements

  • Degree in Banking/ Commerce/ Law or its equivalent.

Senior Executive (K-Portal)

Core Function:

  • Manage the IBBM website as a focal point for banking and finance information and knowledge by continuously building and enhancing the platform.

Requirements

  • Degree in an IT-related discipline preferred.
  • Knowledge of web development or programming languages (ASP, Microsoft SQL Server, PHP and JavaScript) and design tools (Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator)
  • Good verbal and written command of the English language.
  • Minimum 2-3 years work experience, preferably in a web-development environment Experience in building or administering a web portal or corporate website, and in preparing web contents an advantage.

Senior Executive Learning & Development

Core Function:

  • Accountable for managing the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the company's training and development program.
  • Responsible for managing staff competency through gaps analysis and executing suitable programs to close the gaps.
  • Manage and continuously enhance the company's performance management system.
  • Manage the talent development and succession planning process.

Requirements

  • Degree in related discipline with 4 to 6 years of training development exposure.
  • Genuine interest in staff capacity building.
  • Proven experience in the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process, strong leadership abilities and across-the-board interaction skills.

Senior Executive

Core Function:

  • Responsible in setting up and managing the Quality Administration unit of the Institute.
  • Act as a change agent in leading quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in certification of training providers.

Requirements

  • Degree in related discipline, with 4 to 6 years experience in quality administration environment.
  • Experience in process auditing is necessary.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently.
