HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATIONS

 

•Deliver the right service proposition to key markets in financial services industry.

•Develop and implement effective account plans designed to identify and target market segment with IBBM value propositions and bundling of services.

•Promote and raise the profile of IBBM through collaborations and co-branding.

•Guide, monitor and co-ordinate the development of sales and promotion plans and collaterals for different market segments.

•Implement effective communication plans designed to project IBBM values and competencies.

•Manage the relationship between IBBM and leading media players and assume oversight and accountability of external communications and press releases within Malaysia.

 

HEAD OF LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

 

•Delivery of relevant training products and services, to meet different market needs, members, students, employers and other key stakeholders.

•Provide and innovate learning services to support members' career development and needs.

•Develop and ensure the implemetation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs with employers.

Provide leadership in developing and implementing employer relationship strategies.

•Develop relationships with different audiences around the world to build key partnerships with stakeholders in business, government and professional organisations.

 

HEAD OF TECHNICAL & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

 

•Advise on banking developments and implications to development standards and regulation to support the human capital development.

•Plan and drive IBBM’s thought leadership initiatives on banking development.

•Identify opportunities for IBBM to take the lead or in partnership and ensure that development trends in banking industry are communicated to our members.

•Ensure effective interpretation of changes to banking regulatory and compliance standards and policies.

•Establish and manage technical committee comprising key members of banks to develop and recommend a broad range of professional development and technical service propositions.

•Provide technical advice and guidance to the learning department on development of CPD qualifications.

•Develop knowledge management strategy through partnership collaborations.

Interested candidates with 5 - 6 years of relevant experience and with tertiary qualifications are invited to apply.

 

EXECUTIVES

 

There will be 2 vacancies for each of the above department.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 3 years of working experience, preferably in the banking and finance environment.
  • Exposure to training and/or certification curriculum development and having a good knowledge of more than one banking areas will be an added advantage.
  • Must be familiar with the latest trends and developments in education and training and the banking and finance industry.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills with strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Possess meticulous work habits.
