Requirements
- Degree holder with 3 years of working experience, preferably in the banking and finance environment.

- Must be familiar with the latest trends and developments in education and training and the banking and finance industry.
- Strong research and analytical skills.

Core Function:
- Manage the IBBM website as a focal point for banking and finance information and knowledge by continuously building and enhancing the platform.
Requirements
- Degree in an IT-related discipline preferred.
- Knowledge of web development or programming languages (ASP, Microsoft SQL Server, PHP and JavaScript) and design tools (Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator)
- Good verbal and written command of the English language.
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience, preferably in a web-development environment Experience in building or administering a web portal or corporate website, and in preparing web contents an advantage.

Senior Executive Learning & Development Core Function:
- Accountable for managing the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the company's training and development program.
- Responsible for managing staff competency through gaps analysis and executing suitable programs to close the gaps.

- Manage the talent development and succession planning process.
Requirements
- Degree in related discipline with 4 to 6 years of training development exposure.
- Genuine interest in staff capacity building.
- Proven experience in the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process, strong leadership abilities and across-the-board interaction skills.
