•Advise on banking developments and implications to development standards and regulation to support the human capital development.
•Plan and drive IBBM’s thought leadership initiatives on banking development.
•Identify opportunities for IBBM to take the lead or in partnership and ensure that development trends in banking industry are communicated to our members.
•Ensure effective interpretation of changes to banking regulatory and compliance standards and policies.
•Establish and manage technical committee comprising key members of banks to develop and recommend a broad range of professional development and technical service propositions.
•Provide technical advice and guidance to the learning department on development of CPD qualifications.
•Develop knowledge management strategy through partnership collaborations. |
